Terms of Service

1. Price

We offer three one-time packages: Starter $499 CAD (up to 3 pages), Standard $799 CAD (up to 5 pages) and Pro $1,199 CAD (up to 10 pages, with a custom logo and a 48-hour rush build included). No tax is added and there are no monthly fees. What's included is listed on our pricing page.

Quoted prices are honoured. If we sent you a free preview with a price in our email, that is the price you pay for that site, as described in that email, even if our listed prices are different.

2. Payment

You pay only after you've reviewed and approved your site. Payment is by card through Stripe's secure checkout, using the link we send you or our pay page. Stripe emails you a receipt.

3. Revisions

You get unlimited revisions from the date we send your preview: 1 month on Starter and 2 months on Standard and Pro (or the period stated in your quote email). That covers wording, photos, colours, adding or removing sections, and other changes to the design you approved.

A complete redesign, meaning starting over with a new layout or concept, isn't a revision. We'll quote that separately by email before any work starts.

4. Handover

Once you've paid, we hand the site over to you in one of two ways:

We send you the site files, or
We set the site up on your own free Cloudflare account, in your name.

You also get a plain-English guide to putting the site live and connecting your domain, and we'll help by email with that setup. Your domain name is registered and paid for by you, in your name.

5. Hosting and support

We don't host websites and we don't provide ongoing support or maintenance after handover. If you want changes after your revision period, we're happy to quote them by email as a separate one-off job.

6. Optional extras

Pro already includes a custom logo and the 48-hour rush build. On any package you can add:

Logo design: from $149
Extra service or town pages: $50 per page
Rush build (ready for review within 48 hours of receiving your info): $150

We confirm any extra and its price by email before starting it.

7. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos and text you send us. We use only details you provide or that your business has already made public.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Please email [email protected] with your request and we'll reply by email.
